DESIGN CONCEPT

The scenery of the four seasons is like music played leisurely

The performance is luxurious with profound artistic heritage, and the scenery of high-rise buildings changes with the four seasons, playing leisurely like the movement of nature.
This design project is located in the New Bay Area of Kaohsiung, with views of the sea to the west and mountains to the north. In each space, you can freely roam the beautiful city. In the design and planning of this rough house, the moving lines were reorganized to position the space, and the spatial advantages were used to fully expand the line of sight, presenting an invincible view of the landscape, making the grand style of a luxury residence come to life. The focus of rough house decoration is to retain the sense of openness and hierarchy of the space, and to add profound artistic heritage. The materials are selected to express the appearance of the space, such as thin art bricks imported from Italy, which have a gradient feel like watercolor brushes; large-size rectangular thin bricks are also laid to reduce dividing lines and blurred grooves to achieve the visual sense of enlarging the space.
The main visual wall of the living room has a natural visual effect of ink splashes, giving the space a noble and elegant artistic atmosphere. A glazed real-life electric fireplace is built under the TV wall, adding focus to the space. The technological heating equipment also has a dehumidification function, truly presenting a warm and healing feeling of temperature and a top-notch decorative texture, adding to the style and luxury. The facade is painted with cement-colored water-mold paint as the keynote of the space. The gray tones of different colors from the ground make the space malleable, and the collected art paintings are integrated into the space to feel the calm and elegant atmosphere of an art gallery.
The piano performance area uses the gray-scale Morandi green display cabinet as the background to present a unique and elegant setting. It also serves as a foil for the top-quality leather standing lamps and natural rattan single chairs, showing the luxurious taste of modern style. The scenery outside the window changes with the four seasons, playing leisurely like the movement of nature.
The corner of the dining and kitchen space is designed with a glass facade, allowing sight to penetrate the outside, while also maintaining interactivity during the banquet process. Glass sliding doors for entry and exit are set up on both sides of the hot-fried area, and double-moving lines connect the public and private areas in series to facilitate entry and exit. The color scheme of the dining area uses dark blue cabinets decorated with golden decorative handles; the wall of the sideboard is paved with handmade kiln-fired natural bricks; titanium framed glass displays fine porcelain dinner plates; the wall is also painted with a special lacquer to show the delicate texture under the light and shadow; and the Spanish design dining chandelier is where the owner carefully embellishes every detail to outline a rich visual hierarchy; creating a uniquely charming, elegant and unique dining and kitchen space.
The study space is a space for reading and negotiation, and it is also a paradise for pet cats at home. The large book wall design is similar to the bookstore's collection and display design, with movable bookcase ladders and neat lines showing a modern book space.
The bedside of the master bedroom is decorated with leather and titanium decoration; comfort brings elegance, and the color matching of the furniture brings visual highlights to the space. The curved wall of the boy's room is painted with art to enhance the visual appeal of the entire space. In order to extend the space vision, wooden elements and stone tabletops are combined to create a space suitable for reading and stress relief. The design of the filial piety room is based on Japanese simplicity. The elegant green diatomaceous soil walls are integrated with Japanese elements. The orderly storage functions and simple lines of the wooden grille create a natural, harmonious, calm and simple living scene that is livable and comfortable.
