Describing Life with Sensibility, Cognition, and Order
Modern interior design emphasizes the connection with life by adding irregular sensual elements into simple and orderly patterns to highlight the space's uniqueness. This project focuses on the perfect blend of emotion and reason, showcasing delicate living quality, enhancing the rich expressions of the space, and interpreting a distinctive modern home style.
The entrance area is defined by the flooring boundary and screened by wooden slats, achieving a balanced separation between the foyer and the living room. Transitioning inside, you enter the living room and a private study, with the dining and bar areas extending horizontally. The open space is connected through curved elements, injecting warmth and vitality, while the ceiling features orderly arranged segmented lines. Layer upon layer of varying heights visually soften the presence of the main beams, framing different daily life scenes. The overall spatial layout is well-organized, featuring the living room's calmness, the study's intellectual elegance, the dining and kitchen area's fresh and lively atmosphere.
The original partition walls in the developer's dining area were removed to reconfigure the circulation; this adjustment enhances storage functionality in the dining room, master bedroom, and secondary bedroom. The dining area features a display section and a half-height storage cabinet to accommodate daily necessities. The walls are adorned with terrazzo-patterned panels, adding visual interest and enriching the dining ambiance.
